Mercedes Wetmore of Riverside drew rants and raves from a couple scouting service people at the Holiday Tournament at Southridge this past year. Top 5 on the west coast for point guards according to one of the national ranking services.

In my opinion, Mercedes Wetmore and Yasmine Fuller are the top 2010 players in the area this season, both took their team to State and came home with a trophy.
Barret does a great job putting Mercedes skills on display, where Prep put the reigns on Yasmin-especially at the beginning of the high school season.
Another good freshman Jackie Goss-Granite Falls, top scorer in the area for a freshman.
