Huskies or Cougars???

Which of these coaches is the better hire June DaughertyC ougars or Tia Jackson Huskies?

Both are great for those universities. June is an established coach who knows the WSU footpring and the layout of the Pac-10. She has had success recruiting Idaho and Montana but if she lands Katelan Redmon she'll have one of her players to start off with and build around. She'll need it with the departure of Kate Benz.

Jackson is a great hire for Washington because she is a proven recruiter and top recruits will bring the buzz the administration is seeking. She should be able to work the California pipeline well. Give her tell 2009 to make a splash in recruiting. They have a pretty impressive class even without Redmon so I think the second half the of Pac-10 season could be very interesting, especially if the second half is home game loaded.
