Youth Girls Teams in GA

Can anyone provide information for teams or contacts in the NE Georgia area (NE Gwinnett County) for girls that are looking to learn the game and develop their skills?

does anyone know a work out that a 12 year old can do to get in shape for exposure basketball?:D

it really depends on the 12 years old skill level and understanding of the fundamentals. I do not know care about if it is an exporsure tournament or a regular tournament the fundamentals are the most important thing. Is this for your daughter or for a player of yours? Also what is their skill set and their weaknesses.

I am 12 years old and i play on a 16 under team and I am a shooter. My weakness is going to the the basket strong. Do you know how I can fix that or work on that.

Doing things this way is going to be difficult but I will give you a couple of drills to do in order to help with your drive. It is really hard to teach a drive to the basket without knowing first that you are using the fundamentally sound approach of coming into your jump shot but we will assume you are. You can also contact me by private message and I will give you the email of one of my women assistants to help you further so that you will be communicating with a woman which in private would be better. I will also like to offer you the opportunity to let her assist you in finding someone to help you develop your game. We know lots of people from all around and we can find someone to help you I am sure. Also please be sure that your parents are aware of what you are doing on the internet and approve you doing these things.
