Team Unique Training Camp-Tournament

Alright, sports fans, Team Unique is having their 2nd Annual Training Camp-Tournament, this Sunday, July 22, at HoopMagic in Chantilly, Virginia, from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 P.M.
Last year, 65 college coaches came to watch Team Unique's teams practice for two hours, and scrimmage against each other for two more hours.
This time around, Team Unique has added some other teams, who will be playing games after Team Unique practices.
The schedule of events:

12:00 Noon - Team Unique Training Camp

2:00 P.M. - New England Exodus 17U vs. Lessons Learned 17U

2:55 P.M. - Southern Maryland Lady Clippers 17U vs. D.C. Team Sol 17U

3:50 P.M. - NYC Exodus 15U vs. Team Unique 15U

4:45 P.M. - NYC Exodus 16U vs. Team Unique 16U

5:40 P.M. - Notre Dame Academy/BWSL 17U vs. Team Unique 17U

6:35 P.M. - NYC Exodus 17U vs. Team Excel 17U

7:30 P.M. - Harrisonburg Heat 14U vs. D.C. Get AMPed!

Sports fans, this event has some interesting matchups, and the games should be pretty good, for us and for the college coaches. Of course, the IH and the Real Basketball Report will be in the house, with the scribbles.
Admission will be $10.00 for adults, and $5.00 for children...

Because BWSL/Notre Dame Academy is in the same USJN pool as Team Unique 17U, sports fans, BWSL/NDA will trade places with New England Exodus 17U in this Team Unique event...

I saw Samatha P. the guard that plays for Exodus 17 play against Team Excel's select team. She is a very composed killer!
Has all the flash and dash must have given up 5 or six dimes that made me go WHUU.
Oh did I say that she also showed her offensive range at least 4 times.
Saw her penatrate the gap versues a zone one time and find her big for a layup that was a pro move. I mean that!

Team Unique's 17U girls had an impressive win last night in the nightcap. They all seemed to play hard and that is a testiment to these girls' maturity. They know what time it is in the recruiting process. J. Bailey really looked strong, scoring from all over the floor both inside and outside. All of the girls seem to want to compete and if they learn to share the ball and play together, they could be an extremely competitive group in the Jr. Nationals. Keep up the effort throughout the week.

...as grimy emcee Redman spit into the mic! The IH saw the DeeCee Funk Mob Team Unique play in both games yesterday, and here's what the IH saw:
1. REAL man-to-man defense;
2. at- and above-the-rim shot-blocking and shot-altering, by multiple players;
3. tackling opponents for loose balls;
4. offensive and defensive rebounding, in-traffic, by all five on the floor
5. unstoppable offensive-transition work;
6. multiple go-to players in the half-court offense.
And to expand on what hl4l just said, if them girls share the ball the right way in the half-court offense; and collectively understand what organized street ball is REALLY about; and, if Chasity Clayton gets a LITTLE more focused as the trained assassin that she is, this mob can do some REAL damage to some of these REAL teams in this USJN...
