I posted this under another topic and should have posted it as a new one so Glenn would see it easier.

Glenn, I have a question on when you do evaluations and how you choose whom you do them on.

I know at the Deep South this year you did some evaluations of certain girls on a team that played at the Deep South but not others on the same team that played with the girl you evaluated. I'm wondering why the others on that team didn't get the write up and one did. The others are listed on your web site but no Evaluations. Just curious on how and why that happens?

I don't have an answer because it's not because of some criteria I'm following. Mindi Rice and I are different from the rest of the staff in that we mostly are producing content and also evaluating. In addition to stories, I produce photos, audio and video, so I'm almost exclusively looking for ranking candidates, though at Deep South I evaluated more than usual. I don't know if all my evaluations have been inputted yet, either.

You have to understand that we are not a recruiting service like All-Star Girls Report or Blue Star. Our overall mission is not the same, so we're also looking for stories and other information.
