There was alot of talent on hand. I really liked how hard the girls were working. Baker, Dee Brown, and the crew really bought the best out of them. My 2 players came back today working even harder than they were before they went to the skills camp. Even though they may have been saying some of the same things that us coaches say, sometimes hearing it from another voice is good. Shouts out to the crew.

This group was awesome, especially compared to how flat the event was last year. Makes me think last year's event was an anomaly, not a real snapshot of Midwest basketball.
I'll have a podcast with Dee Brown on the event later this week as well.

As a parent of one of the participants, I would like to give a shout out to Nike for running this great event. To take the time and effort to do this for these kids at no cost is really a blessing for these girls. Now it is up to them to take from it what they will. The entire staff was very motivating and knowledgable and I for one appreciate this opportunity for my child! So.....thank you very much! Great Job!
