It is important to understand that I am the only fulltime person at HoopGurlz.com. Ideally, I would spend all of my time planning and producing content. However, I understand there are technical glitches from time to time that are frustrating and are important to address. To make this process as efficient as possible, here are the rules for this forum:
1. Scan Through the Other Topics: Your issue may already have been addressed. The worst thing that could happen is 100 percent of my time is taken up explaining the same issue over and over again. As the number of topics grow, the more likely your issue already has been addressed.
2. Determine That Your Issue Has Not Been Addressed: If it has and the other explanations on that thread do not help, or if you have other suggestions, please reply to that thread.
3. If You Have a New Issue, Post a New Thread.
4. Compose a Descriptive and Accurate Title: Titles such as "Help!" or "Eek" or "Platinum" don't tell me or anyone else anything. These threads are less likely to be addressed.
5. Be Aware of Timing: If it is July, I am traveling. I can and will get to major problems, but I ask your patience.
