Please read carefully:
There are almost an infinite number of variables that can influence behavior on the Internet. Those range from computer (PC or Mac), browser, how one reached a URL (there are many ways) and on and on. To simply state, "I couldn't do ___ " provides absolutely no insight into the potential issue and we may as well be searching for a needle in a haystack. Even copying and pasting the error code into an email says nothing because there is no context (URL of the page, what led to this, etc.).
So ... please try to be as complete as possible and include the following information:
Computer:
Operating System:
Browser (and version; eg., Internet Explorer 7.0):
General Issue - What You Did, What You Expected, What Happened:
Relevant URLs:
An example of the above.
Computer: PC
O/S: Windows Vista
Browser: Firefox 2.0
General Issue:
I was trying to purchase Platinum
I went to http://www.hoopgurlz.com
I clicked on the banner that said "HoopGurlz Platinum"
I got to http://www.hoopgurlz.com/subscribe
I clicked add to cart
...
when I clicked checkout, I got ACCESS DENIED on the following page:
http://secure.hoopgurlz.com/subscribe/checkout
