2. Chalysa Shegog, 6'4", Brooke Point/Stafford, Va., ranked #21;

The IH hopes that, by the end of July, Shanel Harrison/5'11"/Good Counsel/Olney, Md. and Lynnae Lampkins/5'7"/Gwynn Park/Brandywine, Md. can get some of that HoopGurlz 2008-Class Top-Of-The-Line love, too.

I don't think those two will want for attention by the basketball gods!! How did the locals fare at the Nike Regional Skills Academy??

IH,
Why is it that you never include Brittany Crowell on your list? She is just as deserving as both the girls you mentioned. :(

Yo smoke, Miss Crowell is in the RBR 2008-Class Top-Twenty, and we've liked her a lot since she was first getting her feet wet some years ago, under Willie Diggs tutelage. Gwynn Park, with Brittany and Lynnae together, and the rest of that GP Mob, might be able to run the table in PG County, and in the States for 3A. As I've said on these boards several times before, I thought Brittany did a great job last spring/summer on the elite circuit, for her first time out. Now that she knows what's going on out there, this should be the breakout club season for her, to show everyone that she belongs in the RBR 2008-class Top-Ten, the All-Star Girls Report 2008-class Top-Seventy-Five, and the HoopGurlz.com 2008-class Top-One-Hundred, I would say.
