Can there be a way to protest a specific ref. Or refuse a specific ref from ref'n a game at your high school.

The school coach can contact the ref assignor and request that he/she not be assigned to your games anymore. That's the procedure in my county at least.

In PG public league, you can request not to have a specific ref at your "home" game, but have no control if they ref at your "away" game......
