Any big tournaments coming up this weekend through out the state? Is Mater Dei's tournament this weekend? Is it very tuff?
Clovis west is having its tournament mainly headlined by St. Mary's Stockton, Hanford, Clovis West, Stockdale, Reed of Nevada, Sheldon.

MDs is not that great - top teams are MD, Norco and HW but they have lost already this season. I think Norco will be better than last year but how much we will see.
Other local OC - Woodbridge won the Woodbridge (SC and Villa Park in that one), Edison won Century (Northwood and Eldorado in that one).
Keep us up to date about Clovis as they didn't fair well down here but maybe they just didn't play well.

Has anyone seen MD in person this year? I've seen some of its players outside the high school season so I'm curious what the team looks like so far.

Not much to see on MD - they have had only blow out games, lewis gets her points, lots of pressing, hard to tell until they play any kind of team to see if KK has them sharing the ball.

They have the best press that I have seen in the past two years in So Cal.
You better be ready for it.
They beat LB Poly in early November in a fall tournament in LA. Poly had everyone there.
