Yo Hoops, why isn't Miss Parnell's name on this list anywhere? The IH is really feeling her, for New York PG's. What's up with the omission?

IH, I'm with you. I believe she should have at least made honorable mention. She will be on the list next year. She really had to play second fiddle to Erica Morrow this past season. She was more of a set up guard who's job was to get her teammates involved. Next season, she should be more of a go to player for Bergtraum.

A good way to analyze this question is to look at the 2006 list. My guess is that the coaches are only permitted to vote for N number of players per school. Since schools like Bergtraum, St. Mikes and CTK are top heavy with talent, individual awards are difficult to achieve.
