Does anyone know how she is doing this summer. I understand she is coming back from an injury. I dont know how bad it was or what kind. I knew she was being heavily recruited but I did not see her name in the Hoopgurlz top 60. I was just wondering if the injury has dropped her from a national elite prospect. thanks

She has played well, I have seen her play a few times this season with the Fairfax stars nike travel team, she has accepted an offer to UNC.

Did anyone get a chance to watch the Fairfax Stars vs. Boo Williams game at Georgetown? I have not heard many details about the outcome of the game or the key matchups.

I think she is still finding her confidence in her knee. Most people assume as soon as the doc says you're healed that everything is fine but there is a mental recovery too. Can you trust your body to go full tilt again? She's a phenominal athlete and when she unleashes that again with her ability she should climb back up but she has to be ready to do that which none of us who have never been through the injury understand. We saw her with the Fairfax Stars and were very encouraged. She definitely was in the mix on rankings. You must be a newbie ... we update our rankings fairly frequently and just because a kid is not included now doesn't mean she won't be down the line.

When and how do u update them. After the "Big Tourney"? At end of Summer? At beginning of school year?

This kid is a beast slashes very athletic a tuff cover! She is prototype UNC player! She can defend 3 positions and will be a terror in their press game.

She's an extremely smart player as well. One of the best rebounders I've seen in a while. A good pick for UNC.

During the spring/summer months where kids travel the most for exposure we're trying to update the rankings once per month. We did after the spring events of April and May and we hope to again before the big Summer Viewing period kicks off.

the top 60 new ratings were out today and Laura B wasn't included Just was wondering how she doing now. Will she be a top 60 when she is fully recovered in your opinion.

I don't think we feel like we have an accurate picture of Laura, so she wouldn't be included in these rankings because we haven't seen her again.
