What do Middle school players that have potential need to do to get to that"Candace Parker" talent.

I don't think theres a formula to get to that "Candace Parker talent" because if it was, there would be more players like her. Some players are just blessed with certain things that others will never be able to do, not saying this is your situation. My suggestion is to play against competitve kids, kids that are better and so on. Pay close attention to the next to the last paragraph because many parents and kids get false impressions based on the competition they are playing against. Good luck!

I agree, that is God given talent. She may continue to work on the skills, but that is not taught.
