Glenn,

Did Phillips say why she chose to play in that tournament? I know it's not commen for Seniors headed to college to still play on the circuit. Did she say that would definately be her last tournament with the Family? Was there anyword from the Family why Skylar Diggins didn't make it to that tournament?

Playing in the tournament was part of her getting into better shape, which she certainly did. Ta'Shia looked about as good as I've seen her. She said she has another all-star event and then summer school coming up, so it was doubtful she'd play any more club events.

WOW! A Xavier starting frontline including 6'6 Amber HARRIS and 6'6 Tashia PHILLIPS over the next 3 years - that's as good as it may get for any college team in the country...

But does Xavier have reliable guard play and outside shooting to compliment these 2 great post players?

I think Phillips and Harris may have broken the barrier for Xavier, I think we'll see one or two TOP gaurds from the class of 2008 or 2009 go to Xavier.
