First of all, thanks from the bottom of my heart for your support. Chris and I hope you believe you received value from your membership and, rest assured, your support helped us helped us with all the other content we were able to offer on the site.
As you may know by now, ESPN has acquired HoopGurlz.com and the exciting development is that we will be able to offer all of our content for free. We realize that all of you have time remaining on your Platinum memberships, so we are converting those to ESPN Insider subscriptions for the remainder of your term, plus add several months (I can't remember at this point how many we agreed upon, but it's something like 4-6).
The ESPN Insider subscription grants you access to additional analysis and commentary on just about everything under the sporting sun. In addition, you will receive the big, glossy and bold ESPN the Magazine.
In order to fulfill this conversion, we will need almost all of you to enter your name and address onto your accounts. For most of the Platinum era, this was not a requirement simply because we didn't have the technological means to do so until the past few months. Be confident that we will share this information with no one except those tasked with fulfilling the ESPN Insider subscriptions.
