I don't understand what the issue is. Its not like EDD was paid for the interview.

There shouldn't be an issue but someone sent an email to the USA Today and they wrote an article that made it seem as if Elena had done something wrong.

The real issue here is that someone used her as a promotional speaker when it wasn't authorized.
