Did anyone catch the game tonight?LSU was down 21-2 in the 1st half, but rallied back.
I think the game change when Erica White took control. She made the game more uptempo and TNN really couldn't stop dribble penetration.

Good Job LSU and Bg Syl(former player) ,you made ol coach happy tonight:D

Great win for LSU; I watched it on the Fox Sports Network.

I had to leave when it was 21-3. Luckily, I have the rest on tape ...

Simply amazing.

The IH never really felt Erica like that when she was in high school, as prolific as she was. (Special note: Erica versus Matee, adidas Top-Ten Camp All-Star Game--Matee wasn't havin' it...)
But the IH is most certainly feeling Erica this year...

Look at Tenn.'s box score

Bobbitt 2-10, Hornbuckle 3-11, Auguste 1-7 for a combined 6-28 from the floor while their sharp shooter, Bjorklund, gets just 3 shots in 27 minutes.

I noticed in the Rutgers game some of the players tried to do it by themselves for stretches. It's very interesting. Parker's leadership will be tested in getting the troops back in line.

I'm not sure if leadership - Parker's, or anyone's - is the answer. Tennessee struggled with the perimeter speed of both Rutger's and LSU. Both were able to dribble penetrate the middle of Tennessee's defense and LSU was particularly effective at denying open looks to Tennessee's outside game. Summit is acutely aware of both of these team shortcomings and I'm sure that she'll get the effort from them that she expects, but effort may not be adequate if the opponent is flat out quicker. There are only a few elite programs that have that kind of speed - Tennessee just faced two of them and did not look particularly good in doing so. Still, if leadership and effort can be compensate, you can expect the Lady Vols to be there at tournament time.
