It's time to put up or SHUTUP! Based on what I have seen in the Houston area, I predict some 4s may knock off some 1s and many 3s will beat 2s but I am sticking to my guns and picking Bellaire when it's all said and done. For one reason, they are loaded 1-8 and really not missing a beat when they sub. Another reason is I have known Kramer, the head coach, for many years and he's done a great job with this team. I have known most of the kids since they were preteens and I appreciate how they supported my daughters HS team the past couple of years when we made it to regional finals, in fact they supported us when we won the Sandra Meadows Classic in Dallas. Hey, the kids and parents coiuld have lef after their last game, like SOME folks do, however they stayed and won $1000 for the school which SOME missed out on. Mike, you guys are a class act and you deserve it!

I'm coming down for the regional playoffs in Houston the 22nd and 23rd. Who's going to still be alive that weekend in bracket play?

Okay Bellaire and Madison both have one league loss, to each other and no games left, what's the tie breaker? Will they play, flip a coin, best overall record???

Bellaire won the flip and chose to play. Madison decided they didn't want to play so Bellaire wins district. The final 4 should work out with Dulles and the #1 player from 2009 Kelsey Bone going against Cy Fair and the Ogwumikes. Bellaire will play, well it's up for grabs in the other semi.

Bellaire can be beat which we already know. If some teams were to pack it inside defensively, stop the penetration and make Bellaire beat them from the outside when they're off that day, it can be done.

"Bellaire can be beat which we already know. If some teams were to pack it inside defensively, stop the penetration and make Bellaire beat them from the outside when they're off that day, it can be done." Wow! Thats a great blue print to beat Bellaire!! LOL!! But, wont that work for just about any team in the area? Thats a lot to ask for a team! First, your team better get back quick enough to pack it in, then how you gonna stop penetration when Bellaire gets a lot of steals in the back court and they score a lot in transition, then you better hope that Bellaire is not hitting from the outside? What kind of scouting report is that? That goes for any team in the State? If a team is not hitting baskets and your making them shoot from the outside, why wouldnt you win the game? What a minute, I forgot your a Cinco Ranch parent, I can see why you would want Bellaire to lose. Is that what yall did when yall played Bellaire?

Who's talking about Cinco Ranch? Bellaire's got a great team and wish them the best until the 3rd round.:)

Bingo........I do believe that I hit the nail on the head since the above strategy worked perfectly for Cinco Ranch.

Looking back at all of my predictions/scouting reports in the past three years, I think I was wrong one time. :D
