Very Very Interesting. You have to think. All the main powers are out east with Tennessee, UConn, Maryland, LSU, Duke, UNC, Georgia, .... but then the west has great education in Stanford, Cal, USC, UCLA, Pepperdine, .... Texas offers nice school's in Texas Tech, Texas, Texas A-M, Baylor, ... I have only been threw the Houston ariport a couple of time but have never spent a day in Texas. I have seen pictures. Maybe some other places offer more to these young ladies. I mean the California schools are within an hour from beaches, 3-4 hrs from the snow in Tahoe, Stanford and Cal arent too far from the big city atmosphere in SF. LA is LA. Great other sports in USC's football and UCLA's men's basketball. Again great education, beautiful campuses. Great weather, no humidity. And back east is totally different aswell. Each place offers something different. Texas has 4 solid schools but Baylor isnt going anywhere after the departure of Sophia Young and Bernice Mosby and no big recruits coming in next year. Plus Latera Darrett causing trouble for the team. Texas rele is builing from scratch, great coach but it depends what kind of player you are and if you are willing to help build a program, nothing is guareented, or if u want to go to an already established program and compete for a Nat'l title. Tech is struggling, A-M is a pretty good team but hasnt been able to be consistent every year and the same with recruiting. Very interesting Topic
