It's nice to see WA high girls get signed with some good college the last few years. The sport and recognition is really growing in the Northwest.

I agree 100% and love to follow all the girls in their college games so it is nice to know where they are going. As parents, we become familiar with the girls from years of playing against each other even though we may not personally know them. If the local papers from the areas that they are playing at have any stories that mention the players please post a link here so that we can all enjoy them.

It's Sara Halasz. And she's pretty good. She's a scrappy guard and can get places quickly. I haven't seen her since March, but I've heard she had a really strong summer and improved a lot.

Hunter, I believe, is going to play soccer in college. Samms hasn't chosen a school yet and is looking at a few. She wouldn't share a list.

I have heard that Jen Hunter is not sure of what she is going to do in college and has several basketball programs looking at her. The paper said Samms is looking at Pepperdine.
I saw in the paper just this week that Tabitha Tomlinson signed at Montana Tech, an NAIA school.
