Great article Glenn. I dont remember the number, but, on your top 39 this year I only see that 7 or 8 have verballed and only four in the top 20....seems like a big difference from this time last year.

Great article Glenn. Do you know when Carrol will be back from surgery on her ankle and
do you know if Hopkins will be taking anytime off for her back?

IYSS, your comment about the "top 39" elicited a "huh?" from me. I checked and saw No. 40 wasn't showing up. It was because I forgot to set the Class for No. 40, Kayla Standish. The rankings are whole again! Have you all been laughing behind my back? Getting this new site off the ground continues to be a humbling experience!

Great to see Netta BooBoo still giving the Pack a look-see!!! Come on Netta..Great education, ACC Raleigh, NC still the down south vibe with the City feel and you can be reunited with part of your Dzynasty family, Dzee!(inside thing u wouldn't understand!)
We can GETTER DONE!
Enuff campaignin & beggin...
Anyway I find all of the coaching changes to be very interesting. One of the first questions from folks in the know when my daughter committed to NC State is how did we feel about C Yow's propencity to leave due to her health issues... Lo & behold here are all these healthy coaches moving about....This IS a business no doubt!
I think this is a great breakdown!

Great article Glenn. It makes since for the players to take their time. This year has been one of numerous coach and staff changes, which will impact on the decisions that they make.
Hasn't Kizer's list been updated. I heard she was down to 4.

Good article for assessing the elite teams and that is not meant as a criticism.
I'm always curious on how a new coach convinces a top 40 player to be the recruit to build a team around. I single out the Big Ten because of the many coaching changes the recruiting strategies for most of the schools/coaches would seem to be different than other conferences. Even Notre Dame with the loss of the Associate Coach to Penn State is affected recruitment wise in the neighborhood. Michigan State to maintain its fragile climb, Purdue doesn't seem to have slipped and Ohio State with good players but poor success against other powers and in the NCAA. So the Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Penn State, Illinois, Minnesota even Iowa and Northwestern are "hoping to bees."
And each coach has the challenge of conviencing top players to make the gamble of a four year commitment. (a just curious - how many of the coaches have access to a "recruiting airplane?" They say text editing is important - folks it creates a stir when a coach flys in on a private plane to contact a player)
